To donate, you may mail a check to 425 S. Central Park Blvd., Chicago, IL 60624 or send a gift via Venmo: CCMC S Central Park (@ccmcv) venmo.com/ccmcv
Our treasurer Mark Frey is also happy to help people set up direct bank-to-bank transfer (ACH). Email him at venmo@ccmcil.org and he will send you a form to fill out and return along with a canceled check.
Undesignated gifts will go into our general fund. Or you may designate the gift for one of the following special funds:
